In Glee: Vocal FusionEdit

In Season 1, Episode 2, Avery auditions for Glee Club after Jenny Victoria Williams, singing "Love Song" by Sarah Bareilles. Mr. James Holloway has called an end to the auditions for the day, until Avery interrupts him, asking to audition. This is unexpected, due to her status as head cheerleader and one of the most popular girls in school, but she has a surprisingly beautiful voice. The audience cheer and stand, Mr. Holloway calling her audition "amazing!” She also receives rare praise from Mr. Patch Princeton Evans, who says "you're really talented. You should join our drama club." Avery thanks them and says she will consider the drama club offer.
